Shifty is a male character in Animatic Battle. He was one of 56 eligible characters able to debut in Object Fool, but failed to do so with only 10 votes, tying with Shoe, Sticky and Dioptase. He is currently competing in Animatic Battle, on benjamin.

Appearance

Shifty is a cyan fast-forward symbol with a white face and outlines. He lacks limbs, but is able to float in the air. He usually moves as quick as possible, momentarily leaving a cyan trail behind him and can usually be seen with his mouth talking fast, switching between 2 frames every frame when he talks.

• He has the ability to fly despite not having any limbs to speak of and can be seen moving extremely fast with cyan motion lines trailing behind him.

• He now has an extra arrow symbol attached to wherever the point faces when he moves.
• He also now has white colored facial features, making him one of the only contestants to have this unique trait.

Personality

Shifty and ⏏️ share a vow of protecting the innocent from harm, zooming around the area and seizing people he considers "delinquents" though oftentimes it's due to accidents or misjudgments. Shifty however is not ill-spirited or serious about his work, as he appears very friendly and approachable to other people, and genuinely does want to help people out. Shifty helps out others when asked to (mainly from his teammates.)

Abilities

• Speed: Shifty is extremely fast and can cover large distances very quickly. He was able to untangle Benjamin from Red Sticky Hand less than a second.
• Launching: Shifty is able to launch other contestants in the direction he is facing, at an extremely fast speed. Shifty can do this by either ramming into someone and sending them flying, or by simply grabbing and propelling them.
• Flight: Shifty is capable of flying at extreme speeds.

Object Fool

In his audition it shows that he was zooming in a split second.

Him along with Shoe, Sticky, and Dioptase all got 10 votes, causing his failed debut. This occurred in Object Fool Episode 6, "It Took Four Weeks To Rename This".

He zoomed away before Eucerin was able to fling him to where the other failed debuters went.

In Episode 7 of Object Fool, "Sucker For Seeds", he found and decided to go inside the door that Doorframe was attached to. This led to him being killed as Animatic was behind the Door.

• Shifty was killed by Animatic in Sucker For Seeds, which is why they knew each other in M Is For Magic.
  • Although it seems that Shifty doesn't want others to know that Animatic already knows who he is, judging by his response to Rainbow Assortment ("Uhhh, Club. Crackers.")

• Shifty's Animatic Battle pose is likely referencing his Object Fool pose.
• According to Shifty's recommender, he is uncomfortable with Shifty being shipped with anyone.
• The sound Shifty makes when flying from one place to another is Harmor in FL Studio.
