Bush and Pot, commonly referred to as Bush in a Pot, are a pair of male and female contestants competing in Animatic Battle. They were one of 56 eligible characters able to debut in Object Fool, but failed to do so with only 21 votes, tying with Eject. They are currently competing in Animatic Battle with their team, Grant Swag.

Appearance

Bush in a Pot is a small house bush, planted in a pot. Bush is green with a somewhat grey stump at the bottom, and Pot is a clay white pot. The bush and the pot are two separate characters, with Bush only having arms, and Pot only legs.

• Bush (referred to as Plant) is a green colored bush with arms but no legs, and a brown colored stem.

Pot

• Pot is a brown colored plant pot with legs but no arms, with a bottom rim.
• She and Bush mainly make up a full set of limbs as a result.

"M Is For Magic" - Onwards

Bush

• Plant is now referred to as Bush, and is more bluish green in color. As well as have a bluish stem, and a roundish shaped hedge a well. With visible lighter colored leaves.

Pot

• Pot is now white colored and now has a more pronounced top rim instead of a bottom.

Personality

Bush

Bush is more carefree, affectionate and positive than Pot, but is also more quiet and meek. When Pot tells him to do something (usually being quiet), he doesn’t argue and just does it. He also seem to be a little competitive like Pot, as he helped try to set a world record by hiding for 8 hours in Caffeination Day.

Pot

Pot appears to be the leader of the two, as she often bosses Bush around. She can get pretty competitive, as seen during M Is For Magic, where for the entire episode, Pot keeps her eyes closed to train for Nacho's look away contest. Her bossiness doesn't just go for Bush, as she yells at her entire team to gather around to see Notepad's plan.

Abilities

Disguise: Bush is able to cover both himself and Pot, allowing them to appear as a normal bush to anyone who sees them. They (unknowingly) used this to hide from Animatic in Caffeination Day. Others can hop in to hide as well, but only one at a time.

Gardening: They claim to have grown up around a lot of great gardeners, and that they taught the pair all there is to know about seeds. They try to use this to help their team's sunflower seed grow in Seeds For Suckers, and it seems to work, before Acid and Chocolate Milk Carton object, saying their technique would make it grow into another Bush in a Pot.

Animatic Battle

Caffeination Day

Bush in a Pot get recovered after a colored pencil flies into the Recovery Microwave. They don't appear at all for Animatic's challenge explanation. Later on, once the rest of Grant Swag (besides Notepad) gets into Acid's salt circle, Sip-a-Bowl asks where Bush in a Pot are.

When B-Block tries to tell Animatic that her team is in a hole, she spots a "little bush", smiling at it, unaware that it's actually just Bush hiding. Dioptase jumps in Bush to hide from Animatic, also mistaking him for a normal bush. Bush reveals himself and Pot, who then explain they were hiding there for 8 hours straight, apparently trying to break a world record. Their calm demeanor, and the fact they weren't there to hear the challenge implies they weren't even aware of the challenge, or that they needed to survive.

Animatic decides to kill both DIET and Happy Meatball, with Bush in a Pot being caught in the crossfire, and killed alongside them, getting clapped out of existence. They are then recovered again shortly after.

Trivia

• In It Was Dub Who Joined, they were called Pot in a Plant. This is a mistake, as Eucerin corrects it, and refers to them as Bush in a Pot in It Took Four Weeks To Rename This.
• Bush in a Pot is the only Animatic Battle character to consist of two separate people.
• With the "in a" part of their name not being capitalized, it can be assumed that "Bush in a Pot" is merely just a nickname/way of referring to both Bush and Pot at the same time.
• They own a straw but aren’t part of Straw Gang.
  • Some theorize that the straw Bush is hiding is actually Cane's Cup's straw, and that they are why he's missing it. It's unknown if this is actually true, or just a coincidence.
• Bush in a Pot seems to be fond of beating records as they both are seen trying to beat some on various occasions.
  • When Bush finds Popcorn's DVD disc, Pot was trying to close their eyes longer then Nacho in M Is For Magic.
  • The bush Dioptase hides in was Bush in a Pot trying to beat the world record for hiding in a place the longest in Caffeination Day.
• Bush and Pot can be separated from each other, however, Bush probably wouldn't be able to live long without being planted again.
• On objectshow.com, the site where the Animatic plush is for sale, clicking on the "all" tag shows a unique image of the objectshow store, with a garden next to it. In that garden, a plant looking almost identical to Bush can be seen.
